Ever realize the analogy of architecture to life? Or even the egotistical nature of it?
Taking a project from birth (conception), through adolescense (design development), puberty (construction documents) and finally adulthood (completed building).
It's no wonder then, that we covet the childhood of our project, watching it grow and transform. Fighting with it when it's hormones are raging as it emerges into the structure we want it to become. And finally settling down and realizing that despite its flaws, it still came from us and we'll love it no matter what.
